BAD SERVICE and Losing money
BAD SERVICE. I work maintenance for a big company, I ordered 3 parts for the fridge in July 27, 2022, they said it will be delivered within a week, but since that date I'm still waiting for the part, they send 1 part in Sep 01 but I'm still waiting for the 2nd part, I asked for a refund or some credit because it slow my business and caused me issues with my clients, but no answer! and I'm still waiting for the other parts and I'll never buy from SEARS again ! **Work orders: W302311, W302291, W276792** I asked to talk to a manager but no way, the service you get after spending money and waiting is someone from India behind the phone who'll answer your calls. They just called me and they said "my order has been cancelled", after 6 weeks of waiting, I will never know if I didn't ask. they asked me if I wanted to reorder it again, I didn't understand why?, maybe they try to order it from another manufacturer. I asked for compensation for losing my profit because my client cancelled his work order, but they said NO, you have two choices "cancel the order or reorder it again"!!

Refund policy
I ordered a lawn mower part from Sears Direct which they could not provide, but they didn't let me know it was unavailable until after I had paid for it. I requested a refund, which they said they would do. They did not tell me that the refund would be in three parts at three different times. They refund the original price of the part, then they refund the sales tax, and then the shipping charge. I didn't pay them in three payments, so why do I have to wait forever for a full refund. I definitely will not shop with them ever again!

Be careful with this company
I made the mistake of not looking at reviews before I placed an order. My part was also supposedly in stock on the day I ordered and paid for it. It's been 4 weeks since the order was placed and still it has not been shipped to me. My next step will be to notify the Better Business Bureau. I will also notify my credit card company if I don't receive a refund within the next 7 days. My advice to you is do not order from this company

Delivery info is usually wrong
I ordered a part that was confirmed in stock by an actual customer service agent. That part was due to arrive in 48 hours. 24 hours later the status of my order was still "pending". Customer service told me they would contact member services to give me an update. They would contact me in 3-5 business days! Upon further questioning with my representative, the order would most likely be delayed due to a "supply chain issue". So a part that I need and was assured that it was in stock will now be at least 7 days out and more likely won't ever ship. Tell me that up front so I can order elsewhere rather than holding my money in your account to draw interest. Pathetic business practice. Oh right… there is no one to actually call to confirm any shipment at any time, that was in my second phone call to customer dis"service"

Horrible Customer Service
They sent the incorrect part and refuse to return and reimburse. Come to find out that they sent the incorrect part because the correct one is discontinued. So now I have a Kenmore washer that is completely useless due to a broken $30 part that is no longer available (8year old washing machine) I do not recommend Kenmore appliances or Sears parts direct.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. These people are awful. Stay away. Seems like a scam. Placed an order for lawn mower parts on website. Said it was in stock . But after order placed they said it was on back order. I have called 6 times trying to cancel each time I get person saying “ok”. But then nothing happens anx I keep getting messages about my parts on back order. Arghhh. Horrible company!

They had the parts I needed when nobody else did on a 24-year-old riding lawn mower and the order was here in less than a week. Great job!

No stars
No stars. Lost 160$. Ordered a motherboard for my refrigerator. Called several times to cancel. C/S states they submitted a ticket, and to wait for an email to arrive. Every email repeats the same information that the part is backordered. No refund is ever provided. This is a scam fraudulent company.

On they website, said they had part in stock. Was told the part would be deliver on 7-26 and of course, part did not show up. Got in touch with company and was told the part would show up on 7-28. I live in California, the tracking number they gave me--Part showed up in MI-(Michigan) Not a happy customer. Don't know what to believe

Unacceptable shipping method/price/time
Ordered overload relay. 25 dollar part. 25 dollars to ship to Hawaii. Was quoted 5 days shipping time. Two weeks into it and the part has been transfered ro USPS and will take another 12 days to reach Hawaii. Unacceptable and ridiculous. A part the size of a quarter costs the same price to ship as the part its self AND takes 1 month to be delivered to Hawaii. Beware.
